This remake of the original NES game was one of the very first prototypes I developed as personal projects. By iterating on a proven concept, I was able to focus on the technical aspects, and to gain valuable experience at a time when I was still a novice.

The prototype was developed using Shiva 3D, the same engine used for our final-year project at Supinfogame Rubika. Sadly, it did not survive the arrival of Unity, which offered a greater flexibility and more robust features.

For this project, I designed a dungeon using Microsoft Visio. I  pushed the software to turned it into a custom editor with automatic validation and the ability to export the data as XML files.
